Design Phase
After our fee proposal is accepted by you we work with one of our architects who’ll work with us to design your home and produce a set of personalised plans.
Then, we’ll talk you through the options when it comes to materials and finishes along with your requirements – our in-house design experts can help you decide on everything.
We also offer 3d rendering services, so you can visualise your home before it’s built.
Tender Phase
we’ll create a final detailed tender including every product, finish, inclusion and service
When the final tender is signed, we’ll arrange for the building contract to be prepared and signed. To lock in your start date we simply request a $5000 + GST deposit which comes off your build cost and prepare all the documentation for the approvals and selections process.
Construction Phase
Our experienced and well-trained staff will ensure a quality build, without neglecting finer details.
And with our commitment to delivering your home on time it won’t be long before you’re able to book your removalists.
Handover
Even after you’ve moved in we’ll keep in touch, and your home comes with a 10 Year Structural Warranty for added peace of mind.
