After phone discussions Meet us for a FREE Initial Consultation, and we’ll talk over your ideas and required inclusions one-on-one for the project and send through a project specific fee proposal
Step 2
Once the fee proposal is accepted You can work with us and our architects to develop a plan for your home, we will incorporate any specific needs you may have along with our expert suggestions then we’ll give you a fixed price tender
Step 3
Once you’re happy with the design and the price, we’ll prepare an industry standard building contract for signing
Step 4
Once you’ve paid your deposit, we’ll book a start date to begin selections of the home and start programming the build
Step 5
The building process will commence and we will keep you upto date with progress on site
